Juliette Rey has a degree in Sociology and a Masters in Education. She is retired from 38 years of professional employment in the field of Human Services, working with adults with intellectual disability and adults with autism.

In her ministry life she has led adult singles Bible studies, programs for persons with special needs, adult programs, sports ministry, evangelism, and participated on the worship team as a musician. Her Christian faith journey has included completing training in and participating in Stephens Ministry, completing Reinhard Bonnke's School of Fire, and School of Ministering Spiritual Gifts.

Currently, she ministers with Healing Rooms International at her own local church and has been a long-time participant of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF). Juliette engages in power evangelism ministry in the market place, and takes time to encourage others in their faith. She currently lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
